If you are paying to display an ad for self-contained property, you should be aware that we only accept only about about 80 per cent of paid ads onto this site. If you post an ad and I reject it, I will fully refund your credit or debit card immediately, no question. (I make a net loss of £2 per rejection.)

But you should be aware that we do reject ads if I think they look like something the users of MoveFlat won't want to go and view.

The only requirement is that you need to post an ad that is accurate and informative and reflects the quality of this site.

Ads are £19.95 for a full page ad with eight photos (should you wish.) and you can run your ad until your property is let.

Last month, MoveFlat.com had 147,131 visitors (©LiveStats Microsoft .Asp or .Apsx Sessions excluding cookie-less browsers) and 1.03 million HTML page views.

£19.95 is aubstantially less than one half of one day's rental income for an average flat in London (£1000 divided by 30 days equals £33 per day), and you can set the invoice for your £19.95 against your tax.

For your £19.95 you get a clean no-nonsense advertisement with eight full color photos of your flat or house, should you wish to provide them. A link to your ad will also appear on relevant pages of flatshare ads on the right hand side of the page (like Google.) Because the flatshare section is very large and very busy, this is a significant source of traffic.

I think you will find using MoveFlat a more enjoyable experience than using an agent. You are likely to find good tenants. And of course you don't have to pay me the first month's rent, nor a management fee, nor any of those outrageous charges that appear for renewing a lease for an existing tenant, who wasn't even thinking of moving out anyway. -Julian
