Looking for a friendly new flatmate to share a 3 bed place just off stoke newington church street. 2 mins walk to Clissold Park

Although it has 3 bedrooms there are usually only 2 of us living there so can sometimes feel like your own place. There is no living room - just a small shared kitchen and bathroom. The room is clean and bright (feels like summer every day). Youll be sharing with me - 35 yr old female from Cornwall originally who works in communications. Outside of work Im interested in travel, art, dance, reading, film and enjoying the local bars and restaurants - also just the usual stuff like hanging out with friends and watching films/ TV.

Would be nice to live with someone who has their own stuff going on but was also up for having a drink or dinner together from time to time.

The flat itself is a bit old and scruffy - but its easy to keep clean and a good size so pretty good value for the location.

Bills included - except approx 15 pm on the electricity meter.
