Hey home hunters,

Weve have a double room going in our Stoke Newington flat, part of a great little warehouse community near the overground station. Youd be living with a graphic designer, two marketeers and a developer a super chill bunch all sharing a love of music, as well as art/design, film, TV and pizza.

This is not a party warehouse where we relive our days in student digs. So would suit a professional whos looking for a comfortable and friendly home. The room itself has good natural light, and whilst not the biggest, has enough space to make a comfy configuration.

The living/kitchen/dining space is a really good size which makes it a pretty social space.

Everyone has their own things going on, though we enjoy an impromptu drink and a laugh together and will put up a film or tv series on the projector from time to time too.

The location is fantastic, a couple of minutes walk from the overground station. You can also bus or train it to Seven Sisters for the Victoria line. Weve got a big ol Morrisons round the corner, are close to Church Street, and Dalston is also walkable. Great local shops, markets, pubs, places to eat and more - you hardly need to leave the area on the weekend.

The room is available from the 6th of January, though viewings likely to happen from the 4th Jan with an ideal move in date of the 13th.
