Flatshare DescriptionI am looking for a new flat mate to share a great two person, 2 bedroom flat close to Highgate tube station. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a characterful building with a large communal garden and comes with the potential bonus of off street parking. Comfortable and spacious shared living room with a couple of sofas and a dining area, well equipped galley style kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer and washing machine/dryer. Compact bathroom with full size bath and a shower with great pressure.
The room is a good sized double. It's furnished with a double bed, drawers and a wardrobe, it's also got a wonderful view out onto the garden and across London once the leaves on the trees drop as they are right now..
You would be sharing the flat with me, Jonathan, I work Mon-Fri for one of London's finest museums in a creative capacity.
I'm a conscientious, clean and easy to live with flatmate. I have my own social life but I'm also usually up for a get together, pub night (and there are some fantastic pubs nearby too), share a meal or just a cup of tea.
It's a great flat in a brilliant part of North London. Highgate Village with its unique shops, pubs and restaurants just a short walk, a Sainsburys local is just round the corner too which is very handy. Transport links to central London couldn't be much better with Highgate tube less than 5 mins walk and 24hr buses.
- The room is available from 21st December, possibly earlier.
- The rent is 669.50 before bills.
- The bills come to roughly 125 each a month for everything (gas, electric, council tax, water and TV license, Infinity broadband etc.).
- The Deposit is 630
- Everything is done through the letting agent and they also require a fee for the admin, reference, ID and credit checks.
