Flatshare DescriptionWe have a single room to rent for a female in a 4-bed terraced house in Canada Water.The room itself has a single bed, wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers and extra shelving. We also have a loft and garage so plenty of storage space! We are looking for a professional who is tidy, and respectful of others space. No students as this is not a party house .You will be sharing with 2 females and 1 guy and you would share a bathroom with one other female. The house is split over 3 levels, and has all mod cons such as Sky+ TV, broadband and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a garden for those hot sunny days! The house is a 5-minute walk from Canada Water Tube station for the Jubilee line and London Overground. There are also good bus links to the City, West End and Greenwich. Surrey Quays shopping centre with a large Tesco is about a 5-minute walk from the house. There is also a Cinema a short walk away. The rent is £490 PCM and is inclusive of all bills, apart from the phone and cleaner. No couples and non-smokers only. Bond and one month's rent required up front.
