Double room to rent in a lovely 2 bedroom flat near Hackney Downs Park which is inbetween Lower Clapton Road and Stoke Newington Road. It is a quiet, non-smoking flat with sky/broadband, large TV, stereo, modern kitchen and bathroom. The room is a good size double with double bed, drawers, clothes rail and book case. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy so please be prepared to pull your weight with the cleaning/washing up. I am friendly and sociable and looking for a similar person to share with. Whilst I love to go out and party and have friends around it's not a party flat.
Please note there are some clothes and shoes in the room but plenty of space for your own things.
