We’re three girls looking for a fourth girl to move into our friendly, fun, sociable and homely flat in Golders Green. The flat is split between the first and second floors of a large semi-detached house and has a big living room with a working fireplace, a separate kitchen, and bathroom. The free room is an unfurnished double room with double glazing on the second floor.

The flat is 3 minutes from Golders Green tube, just off Golders Green high street, and is served well by two night-buses, one of which stops just at the bottom of the road, which is great to get home safely in the evening. The area has a Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s nearby, with lots of little shops, cafes and restaurants, and is just a quick walk to either Hampstead Heath or Golders Green Hill park.

The rent is £450/month with all bills included (council tax, gas, electricity, internet, water) and it will be available from the 28th March 2010.
