It is a terrace victorian house in a quiet street about

8 minutes walk to the station and very accessible to quite

a few tube links like Hammersmaith & city line.District line to mile end just 15 mins and central line

from there into oxford circus/bond st about 18 mins.

There is a C2C connection at west ham and Jubilee line into canary wharf

for the DLR.

The busy High street is about 8 mins walk from the house has some well known high street shops.Sainsbury,tesco lidl within walking distance from each other.

There is a big leisure centre with very good facilities and a good size

swimming pool about 10 mins walk from the house.

The room is a small single and basic but sunny.

It has a single bed,wardrobe,dresser.It is suitable

for someone who do not need a lot of space for their things.

There is a dining room leading into the kitchen next to a small

conservatory facing the garden.

Although the house is pretty basic, it is clean and comfortable and

may appeal to someone who would like a quite environment.

I would stress that this is more on a lodger basis than that of a flat share.

There is a months deposit and a months rent payable in advance.
