Warm and Clean Double room in Shoreditch / Old St / Liverpool St /Bethnal Green

A lovely large fully furnished double room, in a spacious friendly 3 bedroom flat with garden / patio. Massive living room, large clean kitchen, 'wooden' floors, carpets in bedrooms. Central heating & shower both work, and there's a washing machine that works too.

The flat is a maisonette (bedrooms and bathroom upstairs) in low-rise ex-council built in the 1970's so its warm (double glazed, no holes in the walls!) decor is a bit old-school but the room is furnished and its all clean !

To share with 2 neat & clean professionals. (house-trained guys that are used to sharing with guys or girls).

The rent and bills:-

Deposit: £470

Rent: £115 per week, which works out to be £489 per calendar month.

The bills are divided equally between the 3 rooms and work out to be:

Council Tax - £29 each pcm

Water rates - £9.50 pcm

TV license - £4 pcm

TOTAL = £529.50 pcm + gas/elec.

The gas/electric is paid using pre-payment key cards, it works out at approx £6 each per week (averaged over the year, obviously its more in the winter).

Smoking is ok, but not in the flat. (I smoke in the garden).

You must be working full time normal office hours (not working from home or Student).

Carefully selected location:-

- 5 mins walk from Shoreditch High Street / Hoxton Square / Old Street.

- 7 mins bus journey to Liverpool St. or Old St. tubes.

- 10mins walk from nightlife.

- 10mins walk to Tesco metro or Brick Lane, or 10 mins bus to super-cheap big 24hr Tesco's in Hackney or big Sainsbury's at Whitechapel.

+ we've now got the new hoxton overground station 3 mins away … you can get anywhere fast ! Yay !!

Huw works in a fashion boutique and I work as a programmer - i commented to someone recently that you can tell this because Huw's room is full of clothes and mine is full of computers!

Weekday evenings we usually just stare at the tv hoping something good will appear, whilst on weekends, Huw makes his way down to the old blue and Catch.. if i don't join him i'm often at corsica for a dose of electronic or dubstep, or I work on my music projects (laptop / ableton / reason glitchy stuff).

We're looking for people who like the couple of decent tv comedy shows, can sustain a conversation and are not ashamed to make an arse of themselves when out in public. We're also looking for people that are inspired by music and bedroom producers.
