Extra Large Double Room in Friendly New House Share We are looking forward to a brand new flatmate moving in to create the perfect mix of people. The room itself is very large with wooden floors, a large sash window and painted very recently. It is a very large house with all the things you would expect (broadband, central heating etc). There are two bathrooms. There is no living room as the rooms themselves are so large and the kitchen area is also very large with a sofa and a TV there. There is a garden too, which you can sunbathe in when it’s summer. Finchley is a nice, safe area- very green with plenty of nice cafes and restaurants. There is an beautiful old cinema called the Phoenix which shows independent films within walking distance. There are 2 gyms nearby, an LA fitness and a gym where you can pay as you go with an Olympic sized swimming pool. Our place is not a party house although we are social in the house, sometimes sharing food we have cooked, lending books and DVDs etc. We like to have coffee together in the kitchen on a Saturday morning and discuss the weekend. When guests come over it is usually for a quiet glass of wine and a chat…we work hard- we do play hard too sometimes but this happens outside of the house! Home is a quiet place to come back to and relax. Who we are: There are 4 of us, our areas of work include; film, events and property. We love films and music and going out to exhibitions, theatre, pubs and parties. We are all English but other nationalities are also welcome to come and join us!
