Pretty chilled flatshare just looking for friendly, clean, responsible and reliable flatmate.

The flat: a complete bathroom upstairs, a toilet downstairs, 2 store rooms and a kitchen with a dining table (kitchen has all the usual microwave, fridge, kettle toaster e.t.c).

The room is a small double! it has a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The rent is £570. per month (aprox £131.00 per week) inclusive of bills, super-fast infinity broadband included!, during winter months this may increase by 10 or 15 pounds. The deposit is £570.00 This room is available **June 30th**.

You would be sharing with two professionals, one from the UK the other from Spain and one postgrad student from Germany who enjoy going out occasionally, watching films, and generally having a good laugh.

There are lots of useful amenities nearby including a GP surgery, a library, post office, Barclays bank, and a local market which has a Co-operative and Iceland as well. Nearby in Canary Wharf (15 minute by foot or two minutes by DLR), there is a Tesco and Waitrose, along with some superb shops, bars, restaurants and a multi-screen cinema. The closest station is Langdon Park DLR and canary wharf is only two minutes away where there is the Jubilee line or there's Stratford which is only 10 minutes away by DLR and has the central line and overground rail. Stratford also has the amazing Westfield shopping mall with great places to shop and eat.

Looking for female flatmate who would help muck in with the cleaning. Someone who is happy to join in the fun, but is also comfortable enough in her own space. Someone who would consider this home.

One last itsy bitsy detail this is a pork free home, don't mind other meats such as lamb, chicken, beef etc its just anything pig related. I am aware that this may not be to everyones liking, but if it doesn't bother you then please get in touch!
