A) LARGE TWIN ROOM (with TWO double-beds, for one or two friends). Available 5th August.

SUNNY and VERY LARGE twin-room with TWO DOUBLE-BEDS, for TWO GIRLS to share. Fully-furnished with HUGE in-built wardrobe & big chests of drawers, desk, lamps, mirror, etc. The room is very bright, quiet, and has a grape vine by the windows that gives it a pleasent mediterranean atmosphpere. The two windows face south so get lots of sun light even during winter. This is the only shared room in the house, all others are for one person only, so it's not a crowded house. If for two people, which is our ideal, the price per person is £395pcm plus bills. If for one person, for a short period (for instance until September), we could set the total price to £695pcm plus bills (remember it's a huge and beautiful room! and if you wanted to share at some point we would reduce the rent for that period).

B) LARGE DOUBLE ROOM (for one person only). Available 1st August (or before, see below):

Great and Large fully-furnished double-room on the first floor facing our quiet and green patio/garden at the back of the house. The room is quite large and has a double-bed, desk, shelves, drawers, lamp, a wardrobe, bedside table with drawers and good storage space. There is also a very convenient sink and mirror in the room. The window has double glazing and the room is warm and cosy, and it has just been painted so it looks great! Price is £595pcm plus bills. This room is available from 1st August, but if you need a place before, we have the futon in the livingroom) :-)

GREAT LOCATION:

In a quiet road, ONE minute from all kind of shops. The Riverside and a swimming-pool are also 5 mins walk. Barons Court tube is 6 mins walk through the beautiful park, Hammersmith is about 9 mins. Plenty of day/night buses buses 2 mins walk too: (N)9,10,74,97,211,220...

GREAT HOUSE:

Great, clean and tidy houseshare, all mod cons, newly refurbished and JUST PAINTED outside and inside, carpets about to be replaced, double-glazing, c/h, a very green patio/garden with three hammocks, a cosy living-room with TV/DVD & futon for guests to stay over (either in the livingroom or can be moved to your room), a nice and large fully-equipped kitchen (washer, dryer, microwave, two fridges/freezers and all kitchen gadgets), two toilets, one with bathtub & a good shower, TV/DVD, fast broadband internet (8Mb, wireless and/or wired). Bills are not included in the price, but they are not expensive and there is no hassle paying them, all of them are dealt with by one of us. We also have a rota for cleaning and buying common things so the house is always in top shape!

PEOPLE:

Looking for friendly & tidy people to share with a mix of sociable profesionals & postgrads (at the moment two male and three female from England, Italy, France and Mexico, working on/studying arts/science/politics/music). We have various interests that range from sailing, tennis, music and roller-blading to theatre and exhibitions, and regular socialising. We all have our own circles of friends, but often invite the other housemates to join in or organise house events. There is only one shared-room in the house (the large twin-room), all other double-rooms are of good size but for one person only, so it's not a crowded house at all, and although we are sociable, it's not a party house and we are all very respectfull. Having said this, a few people will change soon but we'll make sure the new people are very nice too.
