Hi,

I'm looking for a housemate to share with my other flatmate, Mike and myself in a fantastic newly refurbed three bed house with a garden, wooden floors throughout, 1 mins walk to Battersea Park and 2 mins walk from the Thames. The room available is the largest bedroom in the house and is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers.

There are really good pubs at the bottom of the road. The Westbridge - now know as 'The Drafthouse' - is a particular favourite and 30 secs away. This pub along with the Royal College of Art, Vivienne Westward and Will Alsop's studio in the immediate area give a slightly arty feel to the place.

We are both friendly, laid-back and sociable and looking for a like minded person with a good sense of humour, who's considerate and reasonably clean and tidy. Mutual interests would be a bonus: liking beer, socialising, art, the arts, music.

The house has been gutted and stylishly refurbished with wooden floors throughout and a brand new really modern kitchen and bathroom. It has all brand new modern facilities - washer/dryer, dish washer etc. plus broadband. There is also room for a bike inside.

I've lived in Battersea for 9 years and the area is fantastic with great bus routes to The Kings Road, Clapham Junction, Waterloo, Battersea Park station, Vauxhall, east london and central town.
