Hello, I have a room available my three bedroom house in East Ham.

The house is an Edwardian period terrace house that boasts high ceilings and fire places; it includes all that you would expect of a modern house, plus secure Wi-Fi internet, and HD telly (with BT Vision), a spare room, a garden and a cleaner (!!). It’s also quite spacious with a through lounge and a rather big kitchen with a dining table. There’s also a basement and an attic with tons of storage space. It’s located approx. two minutes walk from the tube station, a minute from the high street and ten minutes walk from a gym and swimming pool.

I work in the City and plan and run conferences, fairs and symposiums and the like for business schools, there's a bit of travel and I'm away with work every couple of months or so. I'm friendly, sociable and enjoy cooking. I also like my own space at times and am respectful of others.
