A lovely single room is available for a 5th female to join an all female flat in Llanvanor Road, close to Golders Green.

The flat is situated in a quiet, leafy street, is modernised to a very high standard and is well maintained. Each person has her own bedroom and shares two beautiful, bright, fully tiled, clean bathrooms with chrome fittings and halogen lighting. There is a separate toilet to allow everyone to use the bathrooms at leisure.

The modern fitted kitchen has a skylight making this a bright room where the girls meet and socialise sometimes with a glass of wine and sometimes over a cup of coffee.

There's a shared garden with garden furniture to relax in if you don't feel like taking a walk to one of the parks in the area. There's a lovely park just 4 minutes away and, to make it even better, there's a Kosovan restaurant where you can enjoy a coffee or a very reasonably priced meal. Golders Hill park and Hampstead Heath are just a short walk away as are the supermarkets and the high street with its array of coffee bars and interesting shops. Golders Green tube station is via Hodford Road, an 8 minute walk away.

The flat is well served with public transport: Golders Green Tube on the Northern Line and 3 minutes away are buses to the West End, Victoria and North Finchley. Close by are buses to Hampstead, Highgate, Brent Cross and other parts of London.

The girls are friendly, professional people in their mid twenties leading busy lives. They're looking for someone who is considerate, clean and tidy in the age range of, say, 22-35.

As everyone agrees to stay at least a year, the environment is stable and allows time for relationships to develop. This is a happy, friendly flat ready to welcome the right person.
