Google Map and Google Street View The flat is well-situated for Muswell Hill's amenities and is a short bus ride from Crouch End. The 43 and 134 buses both run 24 hrs and are nearby. Bounds Green tube is a 5 minute bus ride away, too. It is in a nice, quiet residential area with two parks on its doorstep. It is kept clean and has a large, nicely furnished lounge with a dining table. The room available is a large, furnished double,the rent excludes bills. We also have the usual broadband, widescreen tv, etc. Us: We are two friendly guys who enjoy eating together and occasionally going to the pub across the road. We are looking for someone in full time employment that is considerate and tolerant. The flat is available now and it requires 1 month's deposit and a month's rent in advance.
