West Hampstead - very large and newly decorated double room with lots of storage available in gorgeous West Hampstead flatshare from early September. new wardrobe, carpet and bed. We are looking for a female flatmate, 20s - 30s who works, with own life and interests, tidy and considerate and a non smoker. Flat is in a Victorian mansion block so full of lovely period details - we have a cleaner, dishwasher, internet and satellite. You would be sharing with three other girls who work hard and travel lots. Excellent local travel links and great area. Rent is 670 GBP plus bills so approx 710 pcm. Cool in Summer and warm in Winter with a small balcony at the front. Room is available from mid December - there is a bond of approx one months rent which needs to go to the landlord, who is good and responsive. I should mention that there is one bathroom in the flat but please don't be put off by this - I have lived in the flat for 2 years and hardly ever has this been a problem! We are all very considerate and have different schedules and consider the rest of the package to be so lovely this is ok.
