One Male (30-40) Required for houseshare with 2 females and one other guy.We share a lovely newly refurbished victorian house 2 mins from the tube.The house has a lot of original features and doors, and is done-up to a high standard.The room is a big double room that has a bed and a good quality wardrobe and chest of drawers.We have 2 bathrooms. an extra w.c.,a lounge with massive t.v.,a little garden and ,obviously, a fully equipped kitchen.We are a happy bunch, and are looking for guy who enjoys a laugh too,but is concientious and clean and tidy.They should also be in Full-time employment and able to provide references.
