We have a large, sunny communal garden and the flat is on a leafy street of Victorian terraces, 2 minute form the canal. Sharing with two close friends from university, a History of Art Teacher and a Fashion studio manager, we are looking for a professional, reliable tennant who is easy to get along with but ideally has a good social life of their own outside of the flat. Having been in the flat for 5 years, funrnishing it myself, it is important that the prospective flatmate likes the space and will care about it too!
