The house is fully furnished so no need for any furniture. If you have alot of stuff there is storage in the entrance hallway.

Station : 6 mins walk to Leytonstone tube and bus station, 15 mins to Liverpool Street/ the City, good bus links into the city. 5 mins by tube to Stratford which connects to the DLR for Canary Wharf.

Spacious,modern but retaining old features eg-sash windows and high ceilings- Victorian conversion, recently decorated and refurbished 3 Bedroom Semi-detached house. I am a 29 yr old female professional working in the city and enjoy the usual things in life: going out with friends, cinema, gym and quiet nights in. I am looking to share with a professional, either female or male, who must be tidy! Someone who can tidy up after themselved and does their share of cleaning the communal areas and also essentially respects others privacy. Someone outgoing but not a party animal. Smokers, and party animals are a no no - looking for someone that can have a good time but respects their home and the people they live with. ALSO SORRY BUT NO COUPLES. I am always out, so not around alot but when I am in it is nice to share with someone that we can all get along with.

The house itself if unique, it is a semi detached house, situated off Hainault Road, so it is quiet and there is no noise from the road. It is a 6 minute walk from Leytonstone tube station/ buses w15,w19 and w16 go from 1 min walk from house -if you are lazy ;0) and close to the local restaurants and bars and 24hour Tesco. Location is ideal for those that work in the city or Essex, as the transport links are good and a taxi home is not extortionate! The kitchen is a good size and the reception room has also been redecorated with a new leather sofa and has a digital tv and dvd player.

Move in date is flexible -earliest move in date is 15 September
