Double room available in flat in Hackney (Victoria Park/London Fields area - check out the location on streetmap, postcode E9 7TA)  

The nearest tube is Bethnal Green, train station London Fields or Cambridge Heath.  Multiple buses to the city (20 mins to Liverpool St)

The flat is a 2 bedroom basement conversion flat; it was a brand new build when my friend and I moved in last year.  Now my flatmate's circumstances have changed and she needs to move out.   The flat itself has wood floors throughout, with a very large open plan living/dining area with new fitted kitchen.  There isn't a garden but we do have a bit of outside space and a lockable storage area for a bike etc.  The room itself is medium sized with a double bed and 2 x wardrobe/drawer units.  We also have access to a private car park if you have a car. 

The rent is £500pcm and the bills are approx. £100 each pcm.

I am 30 year old girl who works in recruitment in the city.  I work long hours during the week but am sociable at the weekends.  I like going out to bars, clubs, restaurants, cinema etc and generally catching up with my friends.Around the house I am clean and tidy (but not excessively so!) and am looking for someone similar.  I am looking for someone to truly share the flat with, not just a lodger for the room.

A property management company owns the property so whoever moves in needs to have references, bank a/c details etc. and deposit is 6 weeks rent (£690) with a month rent up front.Hope that gives you an idea about the flat/room.  If you are interested or need further info, call me or email (I can only access my emails, Mon – Fri)
