The house is big with lots of character, large rooms, high ceilings, wooden floors and outside spaces. We have a 30ft lounge with an Edwardian open fireplace and a large outside deck complete with BBQ (perfect for the warmer months). All mod cons, fully furnished and funky new decoration.

Near Bounds Green tube and Bowes Park North London line - great links - 18 mins direct to Old Street and Kings Cross and 30 mins to City/West End. Its on a residential street with parking, shops and eateries.

The room available is a large double which overlooks the terrace and comes furnished with wooden flooring.

We’re a small collective of Kiwi, English and SA housemates, we're extremely easy-going and friendly. We tend to respect each other's quiet time during the week but usually up for a drink on the weekends. Interests include music, dj-ing, sport, travel, films, chilling out, bars etc.

Looking for someone who is tidy, friendly and easy to get along with.

It's only £95 per week which includes council tax but excludes bills (gas, electricity, water, TV license, Sky, broadband).

It's a non-smoking house but can smoke outside.

We have fab private landlord who will require one month's deposit in advance and one month's rental in advance.

The room is available immediately.
