Has all of the usual mod cons but does require that you provide your own bedroom furniture as the house in not furnished. Would really suit people who are beginning to acquire some of there own domestic possessions. Has a lovely back garden and an interesting layout with all spaces more than ample, apart from the slightly cosy kitchen. Communal cooking is condoned. 8 mins walk from the silverlink/overground in two locations plus three major bus links to Zone 1 within 5 mins walk. Stoke Newington 10mins to the north (sunday roasts hmmmm, Shorditch 20 mins south, Angel 20 mins east. Ridley road market is at the end of the street for the cheapest local produce I have found anywhere in london! We would prefer tenants that want to live with people as opposed to live by themselves in a shared house.
