We found a fabulous 3 double bed flat on Abbeville Rd – 10 mins walking to Clapham South Tube and two blocks from the Common. Now we are looking for one other to come move in with us and make our flat a home. The property is a corner flat with spacious double bedrooms, one bathroom and large lounge with big windows and lots of light. There is a large kitchen with all the amenities and the flat overall is in excellent condition. We are two females in our early twenties who are very friendly and considerate. We are usually busy during the week but would like to share a night out every now and again or even enjoy a cooked meal and some wine together. Preferably, we would like someone with similar interests between the ages of 20-26. The move in date is not until the end of May but we would like to finalize all the deposits as soon as possible!
