Flat only 15 mins from West End/City. You will be sharing with a 30 year old male, sociable and easy going, who works full time, likes going out and about but also chilling at home in front of the telly. You will need to be gay friendly although I am not camp or in your face, just a regular bloke.

I am seeking a friendly housemate who works full time, is fairly clean and tidy, considerate, but isn’t too petty and doesn’t squabble over silly little things. I’m fairly laid back and enjoy living in a nice atmosphere. Doesn’t bother me if your male or female, what sexuality or nationality you are as long as your English is good so that we can get along.

Practicalities. It’s a 2 bed flat. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. Downstairs there is a kitchen and a spacious living room opening out onto a south facing garden, perfect for summer! Rent is £550 month + council tax (Around £50 month) but this includes gas, electricity & water rates. For the location & the flat I think it’s a good deal.

Flat is 2 mins walk from Kennington tube station on the northern line. Very central, only 1 stop from Waterloo, 3 stops from London Bridge. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc. all nearby. It’s only 30 mins walk to Soho and the West End.
