We're looking for a laid-back flatmate,(but not too laid-back to do share of household chores) to live with three others - ages 25-42, Photographer, Web programmer, and Physicist.

It's a friendly 'local' street off Brixton Hill, Zone 2... Rent is £88 per week exc bills and council tax. (bills come to around £15 per week). It's a somewhat quirky and cluttered flat on first/top floor...if you need minimalism, walls with right angles, and pale pastel shades, this is probably not your ideal home -it has more of a (not so retro) 70’s look.

The bedroom is a pretty decent size - enough room to seing two cats at least - and has a skylight in the roof and the flat has all not-so-mod cons - washing machine, broadband etc. Sorry but it's not suitable for a couple or for claiming benefits. Also it's a non-smoking flat. Ideally we're looking for someone in they're late 20's/30's and think the place would suit a professional with hippy leanings.

We all have hectic individual lives but like to share occasional meals and chats over pots of tea/wine and crap tv. And we want someone who treats it like a home.

Room is available from the end of the months, for minimum of four months.
