Two guys, Dan and Neil are looking for two more people to complete their 4 bed, 2 bath house in Earlsfield.

The house:

Is literally 2mins walk from Earlsfield mainline station and is in a quiet, secluded court-yard with about 4 other houses and is just as far to all the pubs and bars etc. All the bedrooms are doubles and are pretty much exactly the same siz and every room is fully furnished, so no need to worry about beds or storage stuff. The house has a huge lounge and a-joining kitchen, which is fully kitted out including dishwasher (hooray!). There is a shared front outside space for summer beers and bbqs and it’s just a generally all-round cool house, with lots of storage space.

Unfortunately we don't have any pics to post up on here as we've paid the holding deposit so the house is now off the market. I'll try to get some pics up here but if you're interested we can show you round the place, no worries.

The people:

Myself (Neil 25) and Dan (29) are pretty laid back about most things that come our way, and we’re looking for similar minded people. We’re not neat freaks or slobs…..picture us as somewhere in between. We both work during the week, i work in PR and Dan works as a data manager for a well known financial tech news website. We both enjoy going out weekends and foolishly sometimes during the week. Like most people we enjoy films, music, funny stuff, alcoholic stuff, edible stuff. TV is always good which is why we’re probably going to invest in Sky + when we move in along with the usual wireless broadband.

The move in date is currently 11th June 2008 and the contract is for 12 months with a 6 month break out option (but you have to give 2 months notice for this). The cost to pay before the move in date is £1456.63. I know that’s a pretty scary number but it includes a months rent, 6 weeks deposit (which you’ll get back at the end, should everything still be intact) and an admin fee. The monthly rent is £549.25 (per room) which doesn’t include bills or council tax but being in Wandsworth, council tax is the cheapest around.
