StreetMap.co.uk Google Map I have just bought a new house and until september 2009 I have a good sized room available to rent. I'm looking for a single person aged between 25 and 35 to move in whenever they can. What you get is the bottom floor of a town house in a brand new development all to yourself. There is also a shared living room/kitchen that’s on the middle floor. My bedroom is on the top floor so you can get a lot of privacy when it’s needed. You will have the use of what will be essentially your own bathroom, which although is not ensuite will not be used by me, although guests might want to use it. The house is in a private court with electronic gates and video entry phone, so security is not an issue, and feels quite secluded. There is no garden but just round the corner is a very pretty park so if you feel the need to sun yourself, the courtyard itself is regularly maintained and parking is very good in the area. The local shops and eateries are only 2 minute walk away (including the best sushi in the area, a french, a spanish, a cuban and a jamaican restaurant and also a great indian takeaway along with the regular greasy spoons and a tescos) and if you feel like a stroll of 10 minutes you will have the delights of crouch end broadway at your disposal, and honestly I think that it's the best bit of London to live in. There is a bus stop three minute walk away and that goes to finsbury park interchange. You can also easily walk to turnpike lane tube and just up the hill is alexandra palace. Don’t be put off by the lack of a tube stop it’s very easy to get about and there is a night bus that stops a five minute walk away as well so you will never be stuck trying to get home. As I have only recently acquired the house you will have the chance to help me decide what the place needs. You do already have a brand new king sized bed for sleeping and a wardrobe to put clothes in and more furniture will be bought if it's needed (as it probably will be). The house also has wireless broadband, big flashy telly, suround sound, PS3, sky is available if needed, dishwasher, washer/dryer, most kitchen things and still more to come. I'm a thirty year old guy who works for the London ambulance service. This means I don't keep very regular hours, but when I am about I enjoy sitting on my big sofa, listening to music and occasionally making it as well. Please email me as I can't often get to the phone due to my job and the often silly hours that I work Flatshare interests: Music Flatshare occupations: Ambulance Man.Flatsharing contact:Jon on daytime 07951608125 evenings Email Jon about this flatshare £650 pcm for this flatshare room : The accommodation rent is Inclusive of Utilities and Council Tax for the property| Flatshare ad on Monday 23 June | |
