A bit about the room and house:

It's a 4 bedroom house + spare room in a safe, new development off Tulse Hill road, overlooking Brockwell Park (about 30 seconds from the front door!) The house is on 3 levels, with a garden and conservatory area, large living room, small but fully equipped kitchen, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom. Approx 10-15 min walk to Brixton tube, or you can catch a bus from the stop about 30 seconds from the house, otherwise you can walk through the park to Herne Hill overland.

The room is a fairly small double on the first floor of the house (this is an accurate judgment because there is still adequate floor space, you could swing a cat, but you get the idea right?). It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and small desk. We have WiFi internet, Sky TV plus all mod cons. Council tax is about £30 a month and all other bills equate to approx. 30 - 50 depending on time of year i.e. how cold it is! :) With the summer approaching, this is a great house - its own outdoor space and the park literally spitting distance from the house!

A bit about us:

We're 3 young professionals, mid 20's to early 30's. 1 kiwi girl and 2 english girls. 1 Broker, 1 PA, and 1 Marketing Executive. We all like to go out and have a laugh, but our home is a home. If you want to live in a big party house you're coming to the wrong place. We just go and cause trouble elsewhere, not at home! ;) We'll have people over for dinner, bbqs in the summer, poker nights etc but these are every now and then and not all nighters.

What we want:

A guy or girl similar to us. Someone who is a nice, friendly person, responsible, pays bills on time, tidy and considerate. It would be really good to find someone who is part of the household rather than just looking for a room to rent. We respect each other's privacy, but if you want to be a hermit, please don't come to us!

p.s. it's a non smoking house, but you can smoke in the garden our out the front which is sheltered, so even possible when it's windy and rainy!

Rent is £425.22 pcm + £554.15 deposit
