A large double room in a happy three bedroom NW10 home is available for rent as of the start of June.

The flat belongs to me and I am soon to go to New York before relocating when I get back to the UK. I am looking to rent the third bedroom to a friendly, honest person who wants to live in an harmonious and happy environment.

Since buying my flat over three years ago, I have spent lots of time and care turning it into a lovely home. The flat is situated on the edge of Kensal Green and Harlesden and is a four minute walk from Willesden Junction station with amazing links to Euston, Clapham and East London as well as the handy Bakerloo line taking you to centre of town in 20 mins.

The bedroom is very spacious with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It's a very pretty room! Flatwise, we have a large kitchen / living room with washing machine, dishwasher and breakfast bar plus two cosy sofas. There is a nice bathroom and a sweet back garden with an apple tree and herb bed which would be perfect for any green fingered folk. The flat has a landline and wifi internet access.

You would be sharing with two lovely female tenants - one who has lived there for past two years and the other who is moving in at the start of June also.
