Located in the hearth of Central london, steps away from Marble Arch underground station and Hyde Park on a quiet street, our very bright flat occupies the last two floors of a typical victorian house. The neighborhood is truly outstanding, with Marylebone High Street sitting less than 5 minutes away, and Hyde Park right by the front door.On the lower floor of the apartment, a huge L-shaped living-room and a gigantic kitchen/utility-room make extraordinary common space. On the upper floor, each roomate will enjoy a very spacious double bedroom. Even better, each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom.

The room:

The room we are offering is a furnished double bedroom of about 14 sq meters, with a dedicated shower room.

The flatmates:

We are 2 funny young professionals (one girl and one guy), outgoing, laid-back, easy-going, neat (does it get any better than this?), yet French, working in banking. Although we sometimes work long hours, we love hanging out inside or outside the apartment.

The general spirit:

We are looking to share a home, not just a space, so it's all about the fit and being on the same page.

Also, we have a person cleaning the apartment and taking care of ironing once a week.

Oh, and we would prefer a non-smoker, or at least we don't want people smoking inside the apartment.

That's really all we can think of, the rest remains to be decided...

The move-in date:

The room will be available on June 2th (possibly before)

The price:

Well... how do we put it... it's very good bang for your buck... £1,360pcm!Given the location and the size of the room and of the flat (147 sq meters), it's really a bargain. Not to mention the quality of the flatmates...
