The flat is on South Grove; bang in the heart of beautiful Highgate Village. It's a charming tree-lined street with a park where people play boules. It's just around the corner from the Flask pub, which must be one of the best pubs in London. It's also a very short walk away from Hampstead Heath.

The room is large, very sunny and south-eastern facing. It is fully furnished with great storage. It overlooks gardens and is very quiet, all you hear is birdsong. All the furniture is brand new, including the extremely comfy bed and mattress.

The flat itself is an old cottage, renovated to modern standards: it feels like a modern art gallery set in a cottage. The bedrooms sit under the eaves with storage underneath. It's a 2 bedroom flat; I have one room and am looking for occupants for the other room.

The kitchen and bathroom and living room are all downstairs. Both kitchen and bathroom are fully functioning modern rooms, with fantastic water pressure. The living room has new & comfy furniture: sofa, 30" wide-screen TV, WIFI, wired for cable.

It's got great transport links: both Archway and Highgate tubes are only 5 minutes away (literally), and there are numerous buses.

I am looking for a flatmates who want a home, not just a place to live in, who are friendly, enjoy all that London has to offer, down to earth, house-trained, fun.
