We have 1 double room for rent in this fantastic 3 bedroom flat,situated just behind Southside Shopping Center(former Arndale)and facing Kings George Park.The flat is on the 19th floor so you can expect to see breathtaking views of the whole city!It is very convenient for amenities and facilities,as the shopping center is literally at your door step,so you will be spoiled for choice!!There are plenty of buses that serve this area,and it is just 10 mins away from Putney and Clapham Junction,with its array of bars,pubs and clubs and Fulham is just a 15 min ride on the 28 bus,so plenty of variety!

The flat is very spacious,with tiles and wooden floor throughout(no nasty old carpet)and neutral decor.The living room is very big,with enough room for 2 sofas,and also a dining table and chairs for 4.There is a large kitchen with a gas cooker,washing machine,and a fridge/freezer.The bathroom and toilet are separated.

The room is furnished,double bed,wardrobe and bookshelf.

The rent is £450pcm inclusive(council tax,gas,water,heating and electricity)

The room will be available from the 20th of September,however an earlier date can be negotiated. Viewings are possible in the evening from 6.30pm onwards and weekends.
