This is an immaculately-renovated, chic ground floor flat with private garden in a Victorian terrace in a sought-after street in central Brixton. It will suit a non-smoking professional male/female and you'd share with one other. The flat is only four minutes' walk from Brixton tube, overground, market, recreation centre, restaurants, pubs etc but is amazingly quiet, and Brockwell Park and swimming-pool are a five-minute walk in the other direction.

The room measures 10ft x 10ft with a high ceiling so although not gigantic is fairly typical for a terraced house in London and easily accommodates a double bed. There is some storage available but there may be space issues if you've got mountains of kit. Please bear in mind that the room is tenanted until Friday 12th September.

Ideally I'd like to share with someone quiet and considerate who cleans up after themselves. I'm in the process of writing a thesis on sustainable development and mostly work from home, and I'd prefer to live with someone who has an environmental interest themselves. Other interests include food, film, travel, music & cars.
