Large, bright Victorian semi with small but sunny garden in a quiet street close to Mile End tube. Loads of living space, nicely decorated with new kitchen and new bathroom being installed this week. Share with 3 others - a town planner, legal secretary and human rights campaigner. Not all homebodies but a relaxed, friendly household, into dinner, wine, gossip and BBQs in the summer. We all have our own interests but we enjoy each others company too. The house is well maintained and we keep our landlord sweet by looking after the place. We hate hassle so we make sure everything is organised with a minimum of fuss, we have a cleaning rota, share responsibility for bills and just generally enjoy living here. Mile End tube is on the District, Central and Hammersmith and City, it is 10 minutes to Liverpool street and 25 minutes to the West End. It also has excellent bus routes including several night buses and we are 10 minutes from Docklands. The canal is at the bottom of the road and Victoria Park a short walk away. Mile End sports centre is down the road and Mile End climbing wall around the courner. Would be perfect for someone looking for an easy relaxed place where you can socialise or find a quiet place to do your own thing.
