To share with 3 others in amazing Georgian house with many modernised features, on 4 floors. Huge kitchen with large stable doors, large garden, lounge with large window and shutters, two toilets (one bathroom to share with one other as the other two rooms have their own walk in shower rooms). The set up at the mo is one girl upstairs (where your bedroom will be!), one guy on the ground floor and the other girl downstairs. Collective interests in music and others interests include photography, fashion, cooking, Yoga, drinking.....sociable bunch but it can also be like ships in the night. We like to have fun but it's not a party house. Brilliant location, minutes away from London fields, Broadway Market, Columbia Road and a great local! Come and have a look, you won't be disappointed. The only drawback is that the landlady is considering putting the house on the market so it might end up being a short let (at least two months but should be longer). £600 pcm + £100. approx on bills.
