Flatshare DescriptionLooking for green, friendly, clean, cheerful and respectful person to share my home with. Vegetarian definitely a bonus, but as long as you are clean I am not pushing my views on anyone.
Decent size double room for rent in lovely new build flat. There is a garden, a patio for sunny breakfasts and some nosey squirels. There is a bright shared front room and a brand new fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dish washer.
It is a 10 minute walk (or a 3 minute sprint) to the station and trains go to Liverpool Street every 12 minutes or so.
You pretty much have you own big bathroom with bathtub. It is nigh on yours (not en suite), though if they are really nice I allow guests to go to the toilet.
The flat is five minutes walk from the beautiful Springfield Park, close to the River Lee and a nature reserve. It is a fifteen minute walk to Stoke Newington in a lovely hidden bit of London where you can forget the big city easily, but be central even more easily. The journey into town is very bike friendly, as is the flat.
Flat has wifi. Smoking is not permitted within the house, but could be in the garden.
Move date is flexible.
