Room available in a lovely 3 bedroom flat to share with two British 28 year-old females. The house has a large spacious lounge and a separate kitchen with all mod cons, there is also a back yard/garden area. The bathroom is a good size and has a decent shower. . The bedroom is a small double and contains a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. There is also extra storage space around the house. The house is 5 mins away from Clapham South tube (Zone 2) and 10 mins walk to Balham.

The deposit for the flat is £730 (6 weeks rent) and the min stay is 6 months. The deposit can be paid to the landlord in 2 installments if that helps. The room will be available from the 1st July. All bills are included within the rent except broadband/telephone line, which is compulsory and costs about a tenner a month each. We also have a cleaner who comes once a week and cleans the communal areas (included in the rent).

We are 2 friendly n/s professionals (one of us works in research, the other web), we enjoy going out and having fun at weekends, and like to chill out/ chat/ laugh a lot when we're at home. We’re looking for a like-minded, friendly, tidy and easy-going professional, of a similar age (e.g between 26-early 30’s), who will become part of our household.
