Very NICE, SUNNY and LARGE fully-furnished double-room with two wardrobes, desk, bedside table, book-shelves, available on 5th July (£665pcm). We also have another large double-room (£555pcm), very nice just a bit smaller than the other one, available from 13th July. Both rooms are spacious, quiet, facing the patio/garden on the back of the house. Preferably for long term, but a short stay of about two months is also possible.

Great, clean houseshare, all mod cons, in a quiet road, 3mins from shops, riverside, swimming-pool, tube, day/night buses. Barons Court tube is 6mins walk through park, Hammersmith about 8mins. Plenty of buses too: (N)9,10,74,97,211,220...

Houseshare: newly refurbished, new carpets, double-glazing, c/h, a small very green patio/garden with three hammocks, a small living-room with TV/DVD & futon for guests to stay over (either in the livingroom or can be oved to your room), a large fully-equipped kitchen (washer, dryer, microwave, two fridges/freezers and common kitchen gadgets), two toilets, one with bathtub & a good shower, TV/DVD, fast broadband internet (8Mb, wireless and/or wired). No hassle with bills, all dealt with by one of us, and they are quite unexpensive. There's some flexibility regarding moving in dates.

Looking for friendly & tidy people to share with a mix of sociable profesionals & postgrads (arts/science/theatre). We have various interests that range from sailing and tennis to theatre and exhibitions, and regular socialising.
