Large double room available in a fantastic Victorian 4 Bedroom House in Muswell Hill sharing with two girls and one guy. The House is situated just off Muswell Hill Broadway. There is a huge living room alongside an ajoining dining area downstairs, with an expansive kitchen and a large garden with palm trees to boot (see the pictures for yourself). The room is £500 exc. (bills are approx. £110 per month which includes Broadband, Sky, Phoneline & TV Licence alongside Gas, Water, Electric and Council Tax while we also have a cleaner who comes once a week and costs £30 per month per person). Buses to Highgate and Finsbury Park are just minutes from the house while Highgate Wood and Alexandra Palace are 5-10 minutes walk away.
