So we actually have two bedrooms.

1st small double room, with a large window which looks onto the garden

It comes with a wardrobes, striped wooden floors & a built in raised double bed to provide storage underneath its a lovely room but hard to capture in a photo

2nd room is a large double room with wooden floors, unfurnished apart from two inbuilt wardrobes 770 pcm ( Ive attached pictures of this room)

The house has a generously sized kitchen, living room and dining area which all lead into a garden, it's a pretty cosy flat.

We also have wireless broadband connection & Netflix.

It is located just 4min walk from Hackney Downs station and 7min from Hackney Central station

We have been here for about 10 years, have a great efficient landlord.

We are a quite creative and social household but you don't need to be (three people in total)

Flexible with dates 640 includes water rates

the rent Excludes council tax , gas & electricity (works out roughly 104 ish each per month)
