Hello,

I am looking to rent a flat in the heart of Leytonstone East London.The flat is a two bedroom with kitchen dinner, and is in a nice area as there is Tescos and ASDA not to far away, with a very good bus frequency, especially for those night owls like myself.

The flat is about 10 minutes walk to Leytonstone Underground station or 2 bus stops away. The buses are very frequent if you going to Stratford or Walthamstow which is in the other direction.There is also the link to the M11 and the A406 as well as the M25.

There is parking available and the area has a mixture of cultures which makes it a very relax neighbourhood especially in the summer.

There is a communal garden which is nice in the summer.

The flat is well lit and good fittings and central heating.

You have to be very clean as you will be sharing with one or two others.

The rent is paid monthly at the beginning of the month and does include the utilities.One room is £375.00 and the other £400.00. Please let me know if there is anything you are not sure about. Let the VIEWING BEGIN!

There is also another room to rent which is £500.00 per month and includes broadband and is inclusive of bills.
