Flatshare DescriptionFOR FEMALE: ROOM AVAILABLE, GOOD SIZE, LOTS OF STORAGE - AVAILABLE FROM 27/11/ 2017 650 /month ex-bills
We're looking for a female housemate (sorry guys! We're looking to keep the balance as there's two guys and a girl at the moment), we're 30 to early 40s so kind of looking for that age range too :o) We're looking for someone friendly, relaxed and happy to have a chat with housemates, we're a sociable bunch when we're not whizzing round London, and we don't mind if you have a cat as long as they're reasonably friendly :)
THE ROOM - The room is a good size (as you can see from the pics), there's tons of storage with supplied furniture and there's definitely room for a desk if you'd want to set one up.
THE HOUSE - We have a good sized living room with two sofas, TV and broadband, where we all sit and chat on some evenings (depending on who's in). The kitchen is cosy but fully stocked with everything you could need. We have our own private garden out the back and access to an incredible communal garden (see pics) that's shared with the neighbouring houses (this has to be seen to be believed, it's like a mini-Hampstead Heath on your doorstep.)
YOUR HOUSEMATES It's a house share for 4 people in total. The remaining housemates are Nick (British), early 40s, a freelance film maker, Pru (British) - a digital marketing wizard and Phil (British), late 20s, an amazing theatre sound engineer. We've become friends as well as housemates and like to share a chat and a cuppa (or vino) from time to time.
We have a good landlord who lives locally and generally sorts problems out quickly. And we have a cleaner once a fortnight who keeps the communal areas spick and span.
THE LOCATION - You wouldn't be short of transport as we're super-connected. We're in easy walking distance to three tube lines (Jubilee, Metropolitan and Northern), the Overground and the Thameslink is about ten minutes away. The bus stop to Oxford Circus is right outside the house plus night buses and airport buses on Finchley Road run very regularly. There are loads of great shops, pubs, cafes and cinemas a short walk away (up the hill to Hampstead down the hill to West Hampstead), and the O2 Centre just down the road caters for cinema, supermarket and restaurants (that's a night out and shopping right there haha).
THE DETAILS - The room is 650 per month and bills are NOT included sadly - they come to approx 100 a month (perhaps a bit more in the winter). You'll need a deposit of 1000 and a work reference, proof of income and previous landlord reference. If you'd like to arrange a viewing, please send a message telling us a bit about yourself and we'll try and arrange a slot for you to view as soon as we can - looking forward to meeting you soon! :o)
