Photos are from just before i moved in so decor is slightly different but all purchased new when i arrived. small block just off columbia road. amazing location. doesn't look like much from the outside but inside is great. Has a balcony with views over the city.

Maisonette with kitchen and separate living room downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs, bathroom and separate toilet.

Plenty of 24hr off shops, tesco, sainsburys and co-op all nearby. great pubs and bars on columbia road and shoreditch centre is a 2 minute walk away

10-15 min walk to old st station or overground at hoxton is a 5 min walk

Reasonable rent for this standard of flat in this location. We have a lovely private landlord.
