Hi everyone,

I'm heading back to Australia for January so am subletting my room for the time that I'm gone: 23 Dec - 26 Jan (flexible).

The room is spacious and comfortable, in a lovely warehouse with central heating (!). You'd be sharing with two other girls: Shira runs an arts and culture magazine and Dagny is a lighting and exhibition designer.

We're right in the midst of Hackney Wick, literally 1 minute's walk to the overground. You'll be 5 minutes from Victoria Park, and a short train ride to Hackney, with an easy commute into town.

The flat isn't a "party house" as they say, but the area is certainly rowdy on the weekends.

Let me know a bit about yourself, and we can arrange a viewing if you're in London already.

I can be somewhat flexible with the rent, but am ideally looking for someone to stay for most of the time that I'm away.
