All bills are included; utilities, council tax, TV license and broadband. Even our lovely cleaner Dorota, who keeps the place looking sparkling clean :) is included in the price.

The building is only a few years old so double glazed and not at all draughty in the winter. We've rarely needed to turn the heating on as it's so cosy but the heating bill is covered in the rent so not an issue if you want to make the place especially toasty.

We also have an endless supply of hot water, it's really nice not to have to think about it when you get back from the gym or first thing in the morning. Also great if you enjoy a nice bath.

There is indoor bike storage on the ground floor. There are also secure car parking spaces available but these do cost extra.

Sainsburys Local is just downstairs, great for a lazy weekend morning.

The flat is between Victoria Park, London Fields and Regents Canal; especially nice in the summer. The Hackney Picture House and Hackney Empire are also just a little walk up the road. Also great to have Broadway Market and Columbia Road so close for the weekend.

The flat is easy walking distance to Hackney Central, Bethnal Green and Cambridge Health Station; so easy access to the Overground, Central Line and National Rail. There is a bus stop right outside for: 26, 48, 55, 106, 254, 388, D6, N26, N55, N253. So nice and easy to get home, even when it's getting late.


The buses being right outside. Although it's incredibly convenient, it's also pretty noisy. Not great if you're a light sleeper?

Like most new builds, none of the rooms are very big but there is a decent amount of storage which makes up for it.

I'm 30, female and single. (And trying not to make this sound like a Tinder profile!) I work in brand design currently near St Paul's but more often in Clerkenwell and Soho. I'm trying to get back into the gym and tend to go on my way home from work. I'm pretty sociable and love to cook so have friends over for dinner quite a bit. It would be great to have a flatmate who would join us. I'm often out in the evening but hoping to live with someone who is pretty sociable when we're both home.
