Flatshare Description

Good sized double room available in a 3 bedroom Victorian house share (1 down 2 up) with separate kitchen and lounge (both downstairs) and a large garden. Currently there's a Kiwi/ English couple and an English girl (Sophie), but the couple will be moving out in January as they've bought a house. Sophie will be staying on and is an easygoing, friendly person. Hoping to live with housemates who are up for the occasional house dinner/drink(s) or watch a film/TV together, but equally happy to do their own thing.

Cash and things:

Rent is 694 + approx 125 bills per month (electric/gas, water, Virgin broadband/TV, council tax, tv licence and cleaner every 2 weeks).

Just to note the lease will be up at the end of March and it's been renewed every year for the past 4 years, though historically the rent has gone up by 20 per month per person when a new yearly lease is signed. You can move out at any point so long as you find someone else to move in. There will be a slight adjustment (probably <100) to pay as some bills have been paid out already into next year. Deposit will be 700.
