The flat is quiet and spacious and over-looks Priory Park with views of Alexandra Palace and the surrounding area.

It has a large living room & kitchen with all mod-cons. Double glazing throughout, wooden floors, bathroom with separate toilet. All rooms have high ceilings and original features.

Good transport links with the W3 bus to Finsbury Park just outside the front door. Alternatively, it's a short walk to Crouch Hill, Turnpike Lane and Hornsey Station.

Current tenants are three guys, 30-36 all professional, working full time. We all have our own lives and respect each others space but still enjoy hanging out in the evenings and weekends.

Rent: 600 pcm (including all bills)

The room is available for short term let from the 18th Dec to the 1st of April.
